Paulo Raimundo, Secretary-General of the PCP, stated this Saturday during the Avante Festival that the process regarding Luís Neves is no longer just a problem for the minister but rather a problem for the Government in general. The communist leader considered that the Executive has been dragged along by this process, thus transferring responsibility to the entire Government. This statement comes in the context of the Avante Festival, the PCP's largest annual event, which took place this Saturday. Paulo Raimundo used the occasion to criticize the way the Executive handled the situation involving Luís Neves, suggesting that political responsibility extends beyond the minister in question.
