Two people were rescued alive this Saturday in Nepal, on the eleventh day after the devastating floods that hit the country. A Chinese citizen was trapped inside a tunnel of a hydroelectric plant, while a 64-year-old woman was buried in the mud inside a residence.
The two rescues were considered important milestones in the search and rescue operations continuing in the region. Authorities maintain hopes of finding more survivors among the rubble and areas affected by the flash floods.
