Company invests in the construction of modular homes in Oliveira do Hospital

The brothers Pedro and Miguel Amaro are going to invest 1.5 million euros in the construction of modular homes in Oliveira do Hospital. The business project was presented yesterday with the laying of the first stone, marking the official start of the construction work.

The investment of 1.5 million euros will be applied in the industrial zone of the city, where the production unit will be installed. Modular homes represent a faster construction solution and potentially more economical compared to traditional methods.

The company of the Amaro brothers is thus betting on a growing sector in the Portuguese real estate market, which has been gaining ground due to the construction efficiency and the flexibility that this type of housing offers.

With this project, Oliveira do Hospital reinforces its commitment to the industrial zone as a location for business ventures, contributing to the economic development of the region.
