The Moncofa Town Hall is preparing the recovery of a new section of its medieval wall, located at number 8 on San Roque street. This intervention will allow rescuing about 200 meters of this historic structure in the town.
The municipal plenary will approve this month a budget modification of 17,956.40 euros to finance the drafting of the basic and execution project for the future action. The amount is specifically intended for the technical services necessary to plan the recovery of the identified section.
The recovery of this section represents another step in the preservation of Moncofa's historical heritage, which has been investing in the enhancement of the remains of its ancient medieval wall. The project aims to return a significant part of its old defenses to the city.
