The Municipality of Tábua inaugurated this morning the Biomass Park of Venda da Serra, in the parish of Mouronho. This is the second infrastructure of this type in the municipality, demonstrating a continuous commitment to fire prevention in the region.
The park was designed as a preventive measure to reduce the risk of fires, a constant concern for inland municipalities in Portugal, especially during the summer months.
The infrastructure aims to address the need for proper management of plant waste and accumulated biomass, contributing to the safety of the population and territory of the parish of Mouronho.
