The Public Security Police of the Regional Command of Madeira, through the Criminal Investigation Station of the Police Division of Machico, detained in flagrant delicto two male individuals, native and resident in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, for the crime of drug trafficking.

The detention occurred during the day yesterday, in an operation that resulted in the seizure of vehicles and 68 thousand euros in cash.

The authorities did not disclose the ages of the suspects, with the information remaining partially omitted in the statement issued by the PSP.
