The public tender for the rehabilitation of the Madaíl Sports Complex went unanswered, with no company submitting a proposal for the execution of the work. This situation arises in a context of difficulties in the execution of municipal projects.
The problem is not isolated, as five of the six lots of the tender for the requalification of health centres also received no proposals from interested companies. This trend indicates difficulties in the local construction sector.
The fact that no promoter proceeded with the Madaíl Sports Complex work raises concerns about the responsiveness capacity of sector companies and the conditions being offered in municipal public tenders.
