Drivers and delivery workers represent the absolute majority of these platform-based workers, constituting the main group among professionals who operate under this work model.

The data reveal that these workers face a specific reality: they have longer working hours compared to other forms of employment, while earning a lower hourly income than the average of other sectors.

The survey offers a detailed profile of this category of workers, highlighting the particular characteristics of app-based work in Brazil and the economic challenges faced by these professionals.
