Flixbus goes back to court to guarantee access to Sete Rios

FlixBus has once again gone to court to guarantee access to the Sete Rios station, in Lisbon. The transport company claims that the situation has been dragging on for too long, preventing its entry into the infrastructure.

FlixBus's main accusation is that Rede Expressos has deliberately delayed its entry into the Sete Rios station. The German company considers this situation represents a barrier to competition in the road passenger transport sector.

This is not the first legal action taken by FlixBus regarding this issue. The company had previously gone to court in an attempt to resolve the dispute over access to the infrastructure.

The case raises questions about the conditions of access to bus stations in Portugal and about competition in the long-distance transport market. The court decision could have significant implications for the sector.
