FlixBus moved forward with an executive action in court and filed a criminal complaint against the managers of Rede Expressos to guarantee access to the Sete Rios bus terminal, in Lisbon.

The German long-distance carrier intends to ensure access to the terminal facilities, which are managed by Rede Expressos, using legal means after failing to reach an agreement.

The legal action arises in a context of dispute between the two companies over access to this road infrastructure in Lisbon, which is an important point for long-distance transport connections.

FlixBus has been using the Sete Rios terminal as its base of operations in Lisbon, and the legal battle reflects the competition between operators in the road passenger transport sector.
