Brian Araújo, a 26-year-old goalkeeper, left Farense and signed for Lourosa permanently. The young goalkeeper terminated his contract with the Algarve club, with which he was linked, to complete this move.
Araújo's departure from Farense did not come unexpectedly. The goalkeeper had been away from the team's first group since pre-season, which indicated that he was not part of the coaching staff's plans for this season.
With this transfer, Lourosa manages to strengthen their goal with a young goalkeeper with experience in Portuguese professional football. Araújo, who will turn 27 soon, joins the Lourosa emblem for the new season.
Farense, for their part, sees another element leave their goalkeeper roster, in a period when the Algarve team continues to prepare for the season without the presence of the 26-year-old player in their squad.
