Director Tony Gatlif, author of "Gadjo Dilo", dies at 77

Filmmaker Tony Gatlif died at the age of 77. He was the author of 25 films throughout his career.

The French Minister of Culture paid tribute to him through the X platform, formerly known as Twitter. In her tribute, she described Gatlif as someone who had "a taste for the less traveled paths, for borders that fade away."

Among his work, the film "Gadjo Dilo" stands out, which contributed to his international recognition in cinema.
