A Lisbon fund advanced with a proposal of 33 million euros for the Bessa Stadium, in Porto. This amount comes after a previous offer of 25.35 million euros was refused. The new proposed value exceeds the minimum value that had been set for the stadium. The proposal arose within the context of an online auction, where the Lisbon fund presented its bid. The Bessa Stadium, owned by Boavista FC, was being sold through this disposal process. This transaction represents one of the highest values ever achieved in the sale of football stadiums in Portugal. The Lisbon fund demonstrated significant interest in acquiring the sporting and cultural space of Porto.
