Ukraine presses EU again to use frozen Russian assets

Ukraine pressed the European Union again to use frozen Russian assets in member states. Kyiv proposes the release of part of the more than 200 billion euros frozen in the EU.

The Ukrainian government admits to presenting new guarantees to overcome Belgium's opposition to using these funds. Belgium has been one of the main obstacles to this measure within the European bloc.
