Step by step: how to do the chanel hair trend with AI that went viral on social media

oglobo4 September 2026 at 13:02

Videos created with artificial intelligence have been deceiving followers of celebrities on social media. The new trend simulates a radical transformation: the artists appear to be cutting their own hair and, within seconds, show up with a short and straight chanel. The realism of the images made some fans believe the visual change was real.

Brunna Gonçalves, Adriane Galisteu and Camila Loures are among the artists who joined in on the fun. Others quickly realized the use of AI and took the opportunity to praise the result, or ask the famous women not to abandon their long hair. In one of Galisteu's posts, a follower wrote asking her not to cut her hair, saying it was her trademark.

To reproduce the effect, you need to download the Miu AI app on your phone and select the "New look" option. Then, the user can create the video with the desired transformation. The technology allows generating fake images and videos that simulate radical haircuts in just a few seconds.
