The ACP (Automóvel Club de Portugal) calculates that the price of diesel should rise 15 cents and gasoline 12 cents. These values represent significant increases in fuel prices.
The Government has committed to applying an extraordinary and temporary reduction in the ISP whenever there is an increase in fuel prices exceeding 10 cents. This measure aims to mitigate the impact of increases on consumers.
According to ACP calculations, the expected increases exceed the 10-cent threshold set by the Government, which could trigger the application of the tax reduction promised by the Government.
