The University General Hospital of Castellón took an important step in the area of robotic rehabilitation. The center announced the acquisition of a new robotic assistant for upper limb, which was incorporated into the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Service.
This robot will allow the hospital to serve approximately 400 patients per year, representing a significant increase in the service's treatment capacity. The technology represents an advancement in the way rehabilitation treatments are carried out.
One of the main advantages of this technology is the possibility of personalizing treatments for each patient. Additionally, the system allows exhaustive monitoring of each user's progress throughout the rehabilitation process.
