European Union sends humanitarian plane to Nepal

The European Union sent a humanitarian plane to Nepal that arrived on Friday morning. The plane's cargo contained materials from various essential areas, including health, education, food, sanitation and protection.

In addition to the humanitarian plane, the EU made 500 thousand euros available to help local teams on the ground. This funding aims to strengthen the response capacity of organizations that are working to assist the populations in need in Nepal.
