Tomar presented the Academia do Autismo, a project that includes 128 actions planned until 2027. This academy emerges as an initiative dedicated to awareness and support related to Autism Spectrum Disorder.
In parallel, the first edition of the Trail Solidário pelo Autismo was announced, which was unveiled in July. This solidarity event has as its main objectives raising awareness about Autism Spectrum Disorder and mobilizing the community around inclusion.
Both initiatives demonstrate a local commitment to the autism cause, promoting actions that aim both at public awareness and supporting the inclusion of people with this disorder in the community of Tomar.
