The AMAS – Municipal Auditorium António Silva, in Cacém, hosts on Saturday, September 5, at 9:00 PM, the concert of Diego El Gavi, in a co-programming of Ponto Kultural and teatromosca, which have been strengthening collaboration in cultural creation and programming in the municipality of Sintra.
Born in Lisbon and with a marked connection to Madrid, where he lived for several years, Diego El Gavi built a musical identity that crosses Portuguese and Spanish references, with a strong influence from flamenco culture. His music results from the encounter between different territories, memories and experiences, addressing themes such as migration, identity and the feeling of belonging.
On stage, the artist presents an intense and emotional sonority, inspired by his own personal and artistic journey. The concert proposes a journey through the different geographies that marked his life and through the stories that are at the origin of his musical language.
The show is part of the programming of the 12th edition of MUSCARIUM, a festival that has been, throughout its various editions, bringing together different artistic expressions.
