Fake lawyer practiced for 30 years without a law degree

The Braga Court begins on Monday to judge a man accused of 141 crimes of usurpation of functions for having practiced law for 30 years without possessing the proper professional license. During this entire period, the man practiced acts proper to a lawyer, including the representation of clients in judicial proceedings, without ever having obtained the necessary law license for the profession. The trial takes place at the Braga Court, where the defendant faces the accusations related to the usurpation of functions.
