The Museu do Douro digital application was distinguished with the Usability and Accessibility Seal at the Gold Degree. This certification recognizes the quality of the app as an accessible and easy-to-use digital tool for users.

The renewal of the application is part of the Strategy for Digital Transformation in Public Administration, which aims to modernize and improve digital services in Portugal's public sector.

The project had the support of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), a European financial instrument aimed at economic recovery and the country's digital transformation.

The initiative was promoted by the Museu do Douro Foundation, the entity responsible for managing and developing the digital services of this cultural institution.
