The Marianos and Murta Festivities take place between September 4 and 6, lasting three days of entertainment with music, folklore, religious celebrations and gastronomy. The festive program kicks off on Friday, the 4th, with the official opening at 8:00 PM, followed by the opening of the fair at 8:30 PM.
Friday's musical entertainment is provided by the band Estrada & Vários, who take the stage at 9:00 PM, and the March of Fazendas de Almeirim, who perform at 10:30 PM. On Saturday, the 5th, the fair opens at 7:00 PM, and the music begins an hour later with the duo Musik'Art. Linda Neto and her dancers take the stage at 11:00 PM, followed by the continuation of the musical duo's show.
The last day of the festivities, Sunday, the 6th, is dedicated to religious celebrations and folklore. Mass takes place at 5:00 PM and, half an hour later, the procession begins, departing from the church towards the festival grounds. Starting at 7:00 PM, the Paço dos Negros Folklore Group performs, completing the program of traditional festivities.
