Russia has changed its military strategy in the war against Ukraine, now carrying out continuous 24-hour-a-day air raids over the capital Kiev. This change in tactics is causing severe disruptions to the daily lives of city residents.
The constant attacks have significantly affected the routine of Kiev's population, forcing civilians to adapt to a new reality of permanent danger and insecurity.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has not publicly commented on this change in military strategy. Russian authorities have not issued any official statement on the attacks on the Ukrainian capital.
In parallel, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced on Thursday night that he expected to receive in Kiev, in the coming days, envoys from United States President Donald Trump, to resume diplomatic efforts aimed at ending the war.
