Fuel prices are set to rise again next week in Portugal. According to the anticipation by the National Association of Fuel Retailers (ANAREC), diesel could register a rise of 15 cents per liter.
With this increase, the price of diesel could reach approximately 2.169 euros per liter, which would represent a historic record for this fuel in the country.
As for 95 octane gasoline, prices could reach 2.122 euros per liter, following the same upward trend observed in recent weeks.
ANAREC anticipated this maximum increase, warning about the significant impact these rises will have on Portuguese consumers, in a period already marked by the general rise in the cost of living.
