Synerjet enters drone transport market with route to deliver medical supplies to Marajó Island

Synerjet, exclusive distributor of the Wingcopter 198 in Latin America, is entering the drone transport market in Brazil. The company obtained ANAC certification for commercial deliveries with unmanned aircraft beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS), which allows operations without the need to keep the drones visible to the operator.

Unlike other players that target logistics in major urban centers, Synerjet chose to focus on the medical category in remote areas. The company's strategy is to operate in bottlenecks where the public or private system faces access difficulties.

The company structured an unprecedented air corridor in Pará, connecting the mainland to Marajó Island by means of drones. The route, which usually requires up to eight hours by boat, will be covered in just 20 minutes of flight.

The transport will focus on critical materials, such as antivenom serum and oncology tests, meeting the health needs of the region's population.

Portugal's (limited) shield against rising interest rates

Portugal managed to reduce its public debt by more than a third over the past six years, which, combined with the fact that only a small portion of the debt is subject to rising interest rates, creates significant protection against higher financing costs. These two factors act as "shields" that mitigate the impact of rising interest rates on the Portuguese economy. According to the analysis, Portugal's central problem is no longer convincing markets of its fiscal discipline; rather, a different underlying issue is what the country now faces.

The values represent only projections, since the European debt emissions that will finance the program have not yet been carried out, meaning the final costs depend on future market conditions.
