A fire destroyed a garbage truck in Águas Santas, in the municipality of Maia. The flames consumed the waste collection vehicle and also affected a scrubland area nearby.
The incident occurred during a garbage collection operation, with the truck catching fire while in service.
Despite the size of the flames and the extent of the fire, there are no reports of injuries resulting from the incident. Authorities were called to the scene to fight the fire and investigate the causes of what happened.
