In 'Quem ama cuida', Ulisses (Alexandre Borges) decides to sell his part in the family jewelry store to try to pay off his debts. Without knowing that Adriana (Leticia Colin) is behind the deal, he signs the documents for the sale of a third of the company. The negotiation is concluded, but Ulisses suffers with the decision and laments having sold the inheritance left by Arthur (Antonio Fagundes).
Meanwhile, Nancy (Jeniffer Nascimento), disguised as a businesswoman, becomes apprehensive about the responsibility of taking over the business. Dressed as an executive, Nancy presents herself as a representative of the company Brava Participações.
