The Center for International Studies of Poland has become a reference institution in mapping hybrid threats and disinformation attempts launched from Russia against Europe. Among its recent findings is the observation of growing cooperation between Moscow and Beijing in disinformation campaigns launched from Chinese territory. Its president, Małgorzata Bonikowska, spoke about these issues in an interview with EL PERIÓDICO. Bonikowska argued that Spain should draw lessons from the migratory crisis in Ceuta, which according to the Spanish Government, was amplified by Russian networks. The specialist also recalled that the Kremlin has demonstrated, on past occasions, that it can activate its propaganda machinery outside Europe.
