The peak of reports in Portugal was registered at 4:04 PM, with a total of 1,351 problem reports submitted by affected users.

The responsible company, OpenAI, publicly acknowledged the existence of "serious errors in ChatGPT and Codex," admitting failures that compromised the normal operation of its artificial intelligence platforms.

OpenAI reported that it is actively monitoring the situation, attempting to resolve the detected problems and restore the service for users worldwide.
