Lisbon City Hall states that the contacts of the victims of the Glória elevator accident were not made available to it. The accident involved tourists and resulted in victims who were from different countries.
The municipality recalls that, from the first moment and at all subsequent moments, it demonstrated total availability through CML itself, Carris, insurer Fidelidade and close contacts with the embassies of the countries of origin of each of the victims, for whatever was necessary.
