The Film Academy announced the three films that were preselected to represent Spain at the next Oscar ceremony. This year, the possible candidates are "El ser querido", "La Bola Negra" and "Los Domingos".
"El ser querido" was directed by Rodrigo Sorogoyen and starred by Javier Bardém and Victoria Luengo. "La Bola Negra" was directed by Javier Ambrossi and Javier Calvo.
The third candidate film is "Los Domingos", which was directed by Alauda Ruiz de Azúa. One of these three productions will be chosen to represent Spain at the world's most important film awards.
