Over two thousand children, coming from all parishes of the Diocese of Viana, participated in the pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Conception in Muxima. The event was presided over by Dom Emílio Sumbelelo and brought together children from different parish communities of the Diocese, who traveled to the Municipality of Quiçama, province of Icolo and Bengo. The town of Muxima welcomed this journey of encounter with God and devotion to the patron saint, in one of the most significant religious sites in the region. The Shrine of Our Lady of Conception in Muxima is considered the largest Marian devotion shrine in Sub-Saharan Africa.
