The Municipality of Chamusca was distinguished with an Honorable Mention in the challenge "The Sea Starts Here", a recognition that highlights the work developed in the municipality in the area of environmental education and awareness for the protection of natural resources.
The distinction results from a joint effort between the Municipality, the School Grouping, students and teachers of the municipality. This collaboration between the local authority and the school community was fundamental to achieving the recognition.
The challenge "The Sea Starts Here" has as its main objective to raise awareness among students for the importance of preserving water resources and marine ecosystems. Through this initiative, it aims to make young people aware of the need to protect the environment.
