David Simas is the son of a Portuguese mother and was a member of the Obama administration, holding the position of Political Strategy director. His intervention is scheduled for September 11 and will focus on the theme "Leading to make a difference".
The webinar comes as a preparatory activity for the Leadership School of Popular Youth, which aims to train and empower young people for political leadership. Simas's participation lends international prestige to the training event of the centrist organization.
