The Ouriços, from Viseu, won the title of regional champions of the Mudum Padel League, thus securing qualification for the national final phase of the competition. The Viseu team achieved this feat in the regional phase that took place at Clube Star Padel, in Coimbra.
The tournament featured the participation of approximately 900 athletes from across the region, which highlights the scale and competitiveness of this sports competition. The organization of the event was handled by the Portuguese Padel Federation.
The national final phase of the Mudum League is scheduled for November and will take place in Porto, where the Ouriços de Viseu will represent the central region in the fight for the national title. This achievement marks an important moment for padel in the Viseu region.
