Cultural agenda for the municipalities of Mafra, Sintra and Torres Vedras

From September 4 to 6, 2026, a joint cultural agenda takes place in the municipalities of Mafra, Sintra and Torres Vedras, featuring varied events including concerts, theater performances, exhibitions, workshops, and activities for families and children.

In the municipality of Mafra, highlights include the Black Cap Festival in Malveira, BEERiceira – Craft Beer Fest 2026 in Ericeira, concerts at Jardim do Cerco featuring artists such as Maria, Ayzen, ND45 and Luisinha Dorileo, and a circus arts show "Pelat" by Joan Català. The program also includes an introduction to beekeeping for children, puppet theater, three art exhibitions in Ericeira, and on Sunday, performances by marching bands, a carillon concert, a juggling show "Rodeo" by La Banda de Outro, and flamenco dancing by the Barcelona Flamenco Ballet.

In the municipality of Torres Vedras, guided tours of the village markets and fairs take place, the summer fair and the Santa Cruz de Branco event in Santa Cruz, as well as sessions of "Viagem – Formas de Fado" (Journey – Forms of Fado), one on the 4th at the Municipal Square and a dinner-show on the 5th at the Casa do Povo in Runa.

In the municipality of Sintra, the program includes the musical "Evita" at the Centro Cultural Olga Cadaval, a guided tour of the Barreira Megalithic Complex, a workshop on Anthotype arts, a session on "The Moon Mount and the Sacred Feminine" with João Rodil, and a musical tribute to K-POP titled "The Warriors of K-POP," also at the Centro Cultural Olga Cadaval.
