Carlos Queiroz extended his contract with the Ghana national team. The former Portugal national team coach signed a new agreement with the Ghanaian federation, thus continuing at the helm of the African team's technical command.
Queiroz's project with Ghana had begun in April, the date from which the Portuguese coach began coaching the African team.
Under Queiroz's leadership, Ghana managed to secure qualification for the round of 16 of the 2026 World Cup, thus keeping alive the dream of participating in the next edition of the world championship.
