The farmers of the municipality of Coruche received 19.4 million euros in support under the Single Payment Scheme in 2025. This value represents more than triple the 6.3 million euros that had been paid in 2023.

The data was presented by the Minister of Agriculture and the Sea, José Manuel Fernandes, during a closing session held this Wednesday in Coruche.

The district of Santarém, where the municipality of Coruche is located, reached a total of 70.3 million euros in support in the same period.

The significant growth in support granted to farmers in Coruche in recent years reflects the increase in investment in the agricultural sector of the region.
