The first day of Rock in Rio takes place this Friday, the 4th, and the festival organizers alert the public to check in advance what can and is prohibited to bring to the City of Rock, avoiding unexpected issues at the event entrance.
According to the festival rules, all objects brought by the public must be intended exclusively for personal use. Metal, glass, or mirror materials are not allowed, as well as spray or flammable products. Sharp objects or those that can be used as a weapon are also prohibited at the festival.
Among the allowed items are properly sealed industrialized foods, such as cookies, toast, and cereal bars, as well as cut fruits in transparent packaging. The portable charger is allowed, but must respect the size of a cell phone.
Water bottles are also authorized and may even have a cap, however they must be transparent and with a capacity of up to 500 ml. The organization recommends that attendees check the complete list of allowed and prohibited items before leaving home for the festival.
