The mineira Gabriela Zambiazi, from Uberlândia, visited the São Paulo International Book Fair in 2024 and told her husband she would like to participate as an author in the next edition. At the time, she had no contacts in the publishing market, but she had already completed the first version of a novel about three women from the same family who took out on each other the violence they suffered.
The novel, titled "It Lasted a Moment, It Had No End," was published by Todavia in July. Zambiazi's dream comes true at the 28th São Paulo Book Fair, which begins this Friday (4) and runs until October 13, at Anhembi District, in the North Zone of São Paulo.
This year's edition of the Book Fair inaugurates a space dedicated to debates on health, without leaving literature aside. The event promises to fill the venue during its ten days. Gabriela Zambiazi will present her debut novel at the event.
