The jury in the Lindsay Clancy case remains deadlocked after the fifth day of deliberations, unable to reach a verdict. The deliberations continue without the jury members having been able to reach a consensus on the verdict.
Lindsay Clancy, a 36-year-old former nurse, faces three counts of homicide by strangulation of her three children. The victims are Cora, 5 years old; Dawson, 3 years old; and Callan, 8 months old.
The crimes occurred on January 24, 2023, at the family home in Duxbury, in the state of Massachusetts. After killing her children, Clancy attempted suicide and was partially paralyzed due to the injuries sustained during that attempt.
