There is another case that raises questions about the investigations of the Judicial Police during the term of Luís Neves. A couple whose a bitcoin wallet was seized, currently valued at 600 thousand euros, gave an exclusive interview to TVI.

The couple regrets that, to date, the Judicial Police has not proceeded with the return of the money, despite there being a court decision that determines its restitution.

Given this situation, the couple admits they will proceed with an action against the Portuguese State.
