Lucas Jacob and Frederico Alvarenga represent Portugal at the fourth leg of the 2026 Canoe Slalom World Cup, which takes place in Vaires-sur-Marne, France. The competition starts this Thursday, September 3, and runs until Sunday.

The two Portuguese athletes participate in the Men's Kayak eliminators. Lucas Jacob enters the race at 12:03 PM and Frederico Alvarenga at 12:10 PM, in Portugal time.

This leg of the World Cup is the fourth of the 2026 Canoe Slalom season, bringing together athletes from various countries competing in the French waters.

Decision day at the Biosfera Tournament

FC Castrense and Desportivo da Sete will face off on Thursday in the grand final of the sixth edition of the Biosfera Tournament, organized by the Castro Verde City Council, at Campo António José Marques, in Entradas, at 9:30 PM.
