The traveling exhibition "Gypsy Journey" is on display at Praceta de São João Baptista, in Gamil, Barcelos, until September 9th. The exhibition was recently inaugurated and can be visited during this period in the municipality.
The exhibition is promoted by the Municipality of Barcelos as part of the STAND project. This municipal project aims to promote inclusion and enhance cultural diversity in the Barcelos territory.
The exhibition consists of 20 panels presenting different aspects of the identity, culture and history of the Gypsy people. The content includes self-portraits and other representations that seek to better introduce this community.
