Glovo accepts Uber purchase offer for over twelve million euros

Uber made an acquisition offer for Glovo valued at 14.8 billion dollars, equivalent to approximately 12.77 billion euros. The board of directors of Delivery Hero, the parent company of Glovo, approved the offer and gave the green light to the operation. Delivery Hero will recommend that shareholders accept the purchase proposal presented by Uber. This transaction represents one of the largest acquisitions in the delivery and digital platforms sector, consolidating Uber's position in the European delivery market.
