Rúben Cunha: the latest priest of Coimbra is from Mealhada

Rúben Cunha was ordained a priest of the Diocese of Coimbra, becoming the newest priest in the Mealhada region. Before entering the seminary, he graduated in Geology and built a professional career in the field. In an interview with the newspaper "Campeão das Províncias", Father Rúben Cunha advocated for a Church capable of welcoming, listening, and speaking an understandable language, without ever losing its identity.
