MEPs from right-wing and far-right parties manifested today outside the European Parliament, in Brussels, in solidarity with Ceuta and to demand a political response to irregular entries in the Spanish enclave. The Portuguese party Chega was among the participants in this demonstration.
The action was organized by eurodeputy parties positioned on the right and far-right in the European Parliament. The protesters aimed to demonstrate support for Ceuta, the Spanish enclave located on the north coast of Africa, which has been affected by irregular entries.
The MEPs demanded a coordinated political response to address the migratory situation in the Spanish territory. Ceuta has been regularly confronted with migratory flows that cause pressure on local and Spanish authorities.
