Ukraine: EU with broad consensus to adopt "very demanding sanctions" against Russia, reports Rangel

The Portuguese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rangel, stated today that there is a "fairly consensual understanding" in the European Union for the adoption of a "very demanding" sanctions package against Russia.
