Teatro Variedades hosts premiere of "Lote 19", a "political act" with housing crisis on stage

The play "Lote 19 - Happiness per square meter" premiered at Teatro Variedades, in Lisbon, dealing with current housing problems. The production adapts the novel "Even Giraffes Lower Their Necks", by Sandro William Junqueira.

The direction is by Jorge Gomes Ribeiro. The show is described as a "political act" that puts on stage the housing crisis.

Spectators can attend the play in the main hall of Teatro Variedades, in Lisbon.
